About Us
Our Mission
Uncle Neddy’s is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to feeding communities in need, with a special focus on disaster relief. Since our inception, we’ve dedicated our time and resources to serving meals for those affected by hardship, working alongside churches, shelters, and community groups.

Our History of Service
For over two decades, we have cooked at numerous events and for many causes, including:
- Freedom Farm adaptive riding lessons for handicapped individuals (2002-2019)
- CCLS events: Spring Event, Play Day, Golf Tournament, Fun Day, and Marathon
- Homeless shelters: Mary Jo Copeland’s Caring and Sharing Hands (2002-2021), Marie Sandvick Center (2010), Catholic Charities (2014)
- Veterans and military support: Minneapolis Veterans Home, Operation We Care, Vietnam War reunions
- Disaster relief: Flooding relief in Stockton, Minnesota City, Hammond, and Waterville
- Community fundraisers and benefits, including Teen Challenge and Feed My Starving Children
Our Impact
